Talent pool 

I know from my own experience as a Recruitment Consultant that sometimes it's time to move on, especially if the right role comes along. The Talent Pool is a new addition to my website, where you can enter a few details about the type of role, sector, salary etc., that you would be interested in should a position become available. Once you have entered your details, I will arrange a quick intro call with you so we can get to know each other and I have a clear idea of what you would be interested in. When a new role comes in that matches what you are potentially looking for, I will contact you first to tell you about the opportunity. A full CV isn't needed, just a link to your LinkedIn profile and a few questions.
